Pastor Brian came to Elm Grove Baptist Church in October 2009. He previously served as interim pastor for six months in 2006. Pastor Brian is a graduate of Northwestern State University (BGS, 1988), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, (M.Div., 2000), and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (D.Min., 2008). He also holds an M.B.A. from Almeda University and a certificate in Nonprofit Administration from Louisiana State University-Shreveport. He and his wife Carole have been married for over 30 years.

Pastor Brian has served several churches in Central and Northwest Louisiana since beginning his ministry in 1988. He is also a 22 year veteran of the United States Air Force.
